Peanut Butter Banana Oats Smoothie

Everyone knows Peanut Butter and Bananas go together, just ask Elvis!

This bliss in a cup is the perfect combo of it. ❤

Overnight oats….made into a smoothie!
(I hear angels singing)
I am always in a rush in the morning so smoothies are my ‘ Go to healthy breakfast’.
My favorite smoothies are made with Overnight oats.
Think about it. You put it in your jar that you’ll carry with you in the morning!
Less muss and fuss and you’re full until lunch!

Here’s the recipe for the one pictured above.
1/2 cup oats – I used regular this time
1 cup almond milk
1 ripe banana
3 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 tsp flaxseed
1 tsp chia seed

Leave in fridge overnight, put in blender, poor back in your jar, add straw and go!

( Don’t forget to rinse your blender or you’ll have a sticky mess on your hands when you get home!)
